I've come to the conclusion that I simply love face-painting.
I know, it sounds strange, but it's fun, I'm pretty okay at it, and my kids think it's a blast.
I use face paints sold in the stores at Halloween + finger paints sold in the stores year-round (non-toxic, of course) so I have a myriad of colors. I paint their faces using a small paint brush and I take requests.
After this particular session, where Jonah wanted to be a cat and Maeryn wanted a dog on her face, blue spots on the her face, and to BE a dog all at the same time, they spent an hour chasing one another around the house.
So I think you should come to Irelands bday party- and it shall be your funness... is that a word?

ReplyDeleteCute! I should see if the kiddos would like to do this again, it has been awhile. Last time I let them paint my face which was interesting, yet fun!
ReplyDeleteWe did that a little while ago as well. I ended up as a flower garden :) It was great!
