On the way home from Joshua Tree, the kids noticed a bowling alley and decided that they wanted to go.
We had never taken them bowling before, so we thought this would be a good opportunity to introduce them to something new.
I stayed home and worked on blogs.
Michael flew solo at the alley.
He took some great videos that I haven't had the patience to upload. One is of Maeryn approaching the lane and then bowling backward - which is just classic.
Both kids did really well for their first time (they used the bumpers).
Michael said there was only one incident where one of our children's balls zoomed over multiple lanes.
Here's the scorecard:
Bowling isn't his strong suit.

Anything over 100 is a good game in my book. Every now and then I get close to 150 but that appears to be entirely luck because most games I'd be head to head with Michael. :)
