This is one of the campgrounds where we stayed in Oregon.
Awhile back, we decided it would be worth it to become members of Thousand Trails.
It's a membership organization that gives discounts to campgrounds. You pay one fee, and then you can stay in their campgrounds for up to four nights free. You can stay longer if you like, but there are some loopholes and things. The Pacific Northwest is riddled with these campgrounds, and there was one everywhere we wanted to be. We saved a ton of money through our membership, and they are pretty reliably nice places to be.
So... if you ever decide to go on a crazy excursion like this one, or RV for an extended period of time, here's my plug and recommendation for this particular organization.
